JONATHAN WEISS, PRINCIPAL

At any given time The Engel Burman Group has multiple construction projects in progress. Jonathan Weiss is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all The Engel Burman Group construction projects. He has been with the company since 2000 and has been involved in half a billion dollars of new construction from the ground up, including several new construction and gut rehabilitation projects. Before coming to The Engel Burman Group, he worked for Pulte Homes of Arizona.

Jonathan has served as Vice President of Construction for all of The Bristal Assisted Living Communities, Seasons at Plainview, Seasons at East Meadow and managed the gut renovation of 401 Franklin Avenue in Garden City and the Super Stop and Shop in Oceanside.

Jonathan has a BA in Regional Development and Business Management from the University of Arizona. He has supported Habitat for Humanity, building affordable homes for families in need on Long Island.
